Refund Policy

SerpHubAPI sells prepaid credit packs for API access. All purchases are one-time payments; there are no subscriptions and no physical goods.

• Unused credits: if you request a refund within 30 days of purchase, we will refund the amount corresponding to your unused paid credits to your original payment method.
• USDT (TRC-20) purchases are covered by the same policy; refunds are returned in USDT to the paying address, minus network fees.
• Used credits are non-refundable. Credits consumed by successful API calls cannot be refunded.
• Free signup credits (1,000 credits) have no cash value and are non-refundable.
• Failed calls, empty results and cache hits are not charged, so there is nothing to refund for those calls.
• Paid credits themselves never expire; the 30-day window above is only the refund window, not a usage deadline.

To request a refund, contact support@serphubapi.com from your account email with your purchase date and amount. Current packs for reference: $15 for 15,000 credits; $49 for 60,000 credits; $149 for 220,000 credits; Scale plans from $499.
