›What does a search cost?
Each service has its own price: a live Google web search is 10 credits ($10 per 1,000 at the Starter rate), DeepSeek search 8. cache_first is half price; cache hits, failures and empty results are 0. See /services for every price. More →
›Do credits expire?
Paid credits never expire. The 1,000 signup credits are valid for 30 days and are used before your paid balance. More →
›How do I pay? Can I get an invoice?
Top-ups are paid by card through Stripe in USD. Each paid top-up has a Stripe invoice/receipt in Dashboard → Wallet. Set your company name and address in Settings first if you need them on the invoice. Local tax invoices (such as Chinese fapiao) are not available. More →
›Can I get a refund?
Email support@serphubapi.com with your account email and the Stripe receipt number. Unused purchased credits may be refunded case by case — see the Terms. More →
›How long do you keep my results?
Full responses are archived for 30 days so you can look them up via GET /v1/searches/{id} or the dashboard logs. More →
›Where does the data come from? What am I allowed to do with it?
Results are publicly available search engine data, collected through several data sources. You are responsible for using it lawfully — see the compliance page. More →
›What happens when an engine has problems?
Each engine is served by more than one source and we fail over automatically. Ongoing issues are posted on the status page. More →
›Can I use it from Claude Code or Cursor?
Yes — there is an official MCP server. Paste your key into the config snippet. More →
›I have an old fapi_ key. Does it still work?
Yes. Existing fapi_ keys keep working; new keys start with shapi_.
